Hi, my name is Darren and I am one of the coaches that is lucky enough to be part of Glean! I have been part of the team for about 9 months and I am really looking forward to continuing this journey.

I have always been into nutrition and fitness and as a result I wanted to learn more so I completed the Triage Nutrition Certified Course.

I will look to help guide you all on your journey and will be here to help in whatever way is needed to offer support and education! As well as this, you can be sure that this will be an enjoyable experience with plenty of laughs along the way

Outside of Glean, I also work as a teacher and really enjoy keeping active, playing and watching all sports but hurling in particular
