Hi I’m Sean!

I started posting videos to help people simplify their fat loss journey in 2020, since then I’ve been on a bit of a crazy journey.

It started with wanting to help people in my local area with simplifying fat loss, and to help them see through the typical scams. But now, it’s turned into over 6 million people following me, and supporting my content… To say it’s been a wild journey is an understatement.

The primary goal is always to help people, that started with 1:1 coaching in my garage, to working with clients online then launching the Sean Casey Academy and now Glean App.

I’m extremely privileged to be able to call this my job and I can’t wait to work with you.
