I am qualified Fitness coach & Personal Trainer along with multiple coaching awards in Gymnastics, Athletics, Gaelic Football, Dance Fitness and Strength & Conditioning.
I have recently been awarded Female PT of the year in the North of Ireland and love helping people find a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle which brings the best weightloss and fitness results.
My own passions & hobbies consist of Crossfit, team sports and spending time with my family. I have recently had my first baby just 5 months ago and have enjoyed helping many mums like myself feel themselves again on their postpartum journey.
